Shayne’s Mom on Tour is clown inspired, character comedy that combines classic 80’s kitsch with the eccentricity of summer camp movies. The iconic rockstar Shayne’s Mom , has been crossing crossing the continents on her bike, collecting fans, lovers and badges since the dawn of democracy. Now that the stars are aligned and she has finally reached Edinburgh, nothing can stop her bringing her unique show to the Fringe. But, everything planned becomes chaos when she is unexpectedly interrupted by a mysterious time-machine. Finding herself in times and places she has never been before, Shayne’s Mom takes her audience through time and space in the most ridicules traveling comedy they’ve ever seen. Buckle up!

This 50 minute show from École Philippe Gaulier graduates, Nathaly Leduc, and director Kanika Clayton, is a one-woman anarchic comedy, combining modern clowning with physical comedy to tell the story of her experiences of living and loving in different countries.

Following on from Shayne’s Moms tour to Barcelona, Berlin, Copenhagen, London, Madrid, Paris, Săo Paulo and Sardinia she is now making her way to the 2016 Edinburgh Fringe. Join her for an evening of glittering disco classics!
